Blender-Made Butter

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup ice water

Put cream into blender jar. Cover. Blend on second lowest speed until cream thickens around blades. While continuing to blend, pour ice water through opening in lid. On fourth lowest speed, blend 2 minutes longer or until butter forms.

Turn butter into strainer to drain. Pack into butter mold or form into squares and chill.

Yield: 3/4 cup
