Banana Nut Bread 1

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2-1/2 real ripe bananas
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
1 cup pecans, chopped

Mash bananas. Add flour, soda, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, pecans. Mix well.

Grease glass loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 50-60 minutes. Test at 45 minutes.
