Cranberry Muffins

2 cups flour sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cranberries
Creamy Orange Spread

Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt; Mix well. Add combined milk, margarine and egg, mixing just until moistened. Fold in combined 2 tbs sugar and cranberries. Spoon into greased medium-size muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400F, 20 to 25 minutes or until golden-brown.
