Crawfish Cornbread

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup onions, chopped fine
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
- 3 or 4 jalapeno, chopped fine
- 1 lb crawfish w/fat
Mix all ingredients well, and pour into well greased pan.
