Hot Hush Puppies

2-1/2 cups self-rising corn meal

1 cup self-rising flour

One 13 oz can condensed milk

1/4 to 1/2 cup water

1 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup bell pepper, diced

1 small hot pepper, diced

2 eggs

Sage to taste

Poultry seasoning to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix the meal, flour, onion, bell pepper, hot pepper, eggs, sage, salt, pepper, poultry season milk and water. Mix well. Drop by tsp into hot oil: fry 3 to 4 minutes.
