Zucchini Nut Bread 2

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup salad oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini (do not peel)
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecans or nuts of your choice

Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, oil. Gradually add eggs one at a time. Then add grated zucchini. Stir together all the dry ingredients and mix. Add one cup mixed nuts. Bake in two large greased and floured loaf pans at 325F for 50 to 60 minutes. May use smaller pans if desired. Slice and spread cream cheese if desired.
