Broccoli Casserole 4

1 jar oysters, chopped drained, reserve liquid
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing
1/2 cup water
1/4 lb. margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup each onion, parsley, celery and green pepper, chopped

Heat water; melt margarine and add dry stuffing. After mixing, keep aside 3/4 cup of stuffing for casserole topping. Add egg and vegetables, mixing well. Add chopped oysters, reserved and cooked broccoli. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add more water if needed. Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with the reserved stuffing. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until top is crisp.
