Cabbage Casserole 6

1 lb. ground meat
1 small cabbage
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes or stewed tomatoes

Mix meat, rice (after washing), onion, 1/2 can Rotel or stewed tomatoes (use about a three quart Pyrex dish). Cut cabbage and line Pyrex with cabbage then put meat mixture. Do this layer by layer, finish with cabbage. Put rest of tomatoes and 3/4 cup water over this. Cover, place casserole dish inside of a pan in case it drips over. Bake at 350F for one and a half hours.
