Crabmeat Casserole 2

2 cup onions (ground fine)
2/3 cup celery (ground fine)
2/3 cup bell pepper (ground fine)
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper

Cool together until wilted about 15 to 20 minutes on low-medium fire. Add 1-1/2 tablespoons nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon sage, 3/4 teaspoon marjoram, 3/4 teaspoon oregano, and 3/4 teaspoon thyme. Stir together with about ingredients. Add 3 tablespoons flour (stirring). Then add 2 cans carnation (condensed) milk. Cook until thickens about 5 to 10 minutes. Mash 2 cups corn flakes in pan or bowl. Add above ingredients to pan. Stir or fold together with 3 pounds crabmeat (white or lump).

Serves 8.
