Pork Chop Dinner

6 pork chops
6 thick onion rings
6 green pepper rings
6 tbsp. rice, partially cooked
5 tbsp. celery, chopped
2 cup canned tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown pork chops quickly. Place in a casserole dish. Place an onion ring and a green pepper ring on top of each chop. Fill each ring with one tablespoon rice and one tablespoon celery. Spoon tomatoes over all. Season to taste. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250-300F for two hours. Baste three times during cooking. Garnish with parsley.
