Ranch-Style Chicken Casserole

1 large onion
4 tablespoons margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
One 10-ounce can tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chill powder
One 9-ounce package tortilla chips
1 boiled chicken, deboned
8 hard boiled eggs

Preheat oven to 350F. Saute onions in margarine until golden brown. Add soups, tomatoes, green chilies, and seasonings- simmer for 15 minutes. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole Pyrex dish with broken tortilla chips. Add a layer of chicken, sliced eggs, sauce, cheese, and tortillas. Repeat layers and top with cheese. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Serves 10.
