Cabbage Casserole 2

3 pounds ground meat
1 can Rotel
1 head cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 cups rice
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
2 cups water

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook ground meat and onion; then add tomatoes, soup, Rotel and bell peppers. Add 2 cups water and green onion. Let cook on medium 1 hour.

Chop cabbage. Cook 3 cups rice on side. Mix altogether in large bowl, then put in casserole dish, adding bread crumbs on top. Bake in oven 1 hour. Serve with garlic bread.
