Shrimp Casserole 1

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 cans water
2 cups rice
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound peeled uncooked shrimp

Preheat oven to 350F. In mixing bowl, mix cream of celery soup, cream of shrimp soup and water. Place uncooked rice in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread shrimp, peppers and onions over rice. Pour soup mixture over the above. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour (until rice is cooked), stirring occasionally. Season to taste before serving.

Serves 6.
