Seafood Quiche

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 cup shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup crab meat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash shrimp boil
1 cup shredded cheese
One 9 inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 375F. Saute onions and peppers in olive oil. Add mushrooms. Add chopped shrimp and saute until shrimp are cooked. Add crab meat. Allow to cool slightly. Add egg yolk, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, shrimp boil to taste and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Mix well and pour into 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
