Crawfish Casserole 6

- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked,
- or
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- Dash of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash of red pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.
