Shrimp Casserole 4

2 to 4 pounds shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup raw rice, cooked
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix shrimp, rice, cheese and soup together and set aside. Saute onions and celery in margarine. Add shrimp mixture to this. Put in a casserole dish, cover and bake for 20 minutes at 375F.

Serves 4.
