Green Spinach Casserole

1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

3 eggs, beaten

6 tablespoons flour

2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients and mix. Bake uncovered in 2-quart casserole for 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Serves 6-8.
