Sweet Potato Casserole 3

3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed (or two 10 ounce cans)
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat all filling ingredients together. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients together, stirring until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350F For 35 to 40 minutes.
