Cabbage Casserole 8

1-1/2 to 2 pounds ground meat
1 cup uncooked rice
1 small cabbage
1 onion and 1 bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
One 8 oz can tomato sauce
Seasoning to taste
Bread crumbs

Brown ground meat. Drain fat. Add onions and bell pepper. Saute about 5 minutes. Combine these ingredients and chopped up cabbage and rice in baking dish. Add Rotel tomatoes and tomato sauce. Mix together. Cover and bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350F. Stir about every 20 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake an additional 5 minutes.
