Corn Casserole 6

- 2 cans 16 oz White Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 can 16 oz French Style Green Beans, drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all together.
- Topping:
- 1/4 lb butter or margarine, melted
- 1 stack of Ritz Crackers, crushed
Mix together & spread over vegetables. Bake in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
