Crabmeat Casserole 5

- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/4 lb butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped bell peppers or banana peppers
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1/4 Cup parsley
- 2 tbs gravy mix
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon crumbs
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup crushed Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes
Saute vegetables in butter until clear. Add gravy mix and stir, don't let it get yellow. Add both milks and big cubes of the cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts add all the seasonings, green onions, parsley and crumbs. Pour in a greased casserole and bake at 400F till crab meat is cooked, about 20 minutes.
