Crawfish Casserole 9

1 lb crawfish tails and fat

1 can cream of onion soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup uncooked rice

1 tsp red pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cook covered in a preheated oven at 350F for one hour our until done. Do not add salt seasoning.
