Quiche 1

1 cup Swiss, grated

1/2 cup cheddar, grated

1/2 cup mozzarella, grated

3 tbs bacon bits

4-eggs lightly beaten.

1-1/2 cups light cream

1 tsp black pepper

Chopped parsley

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Hot sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 inch uncooked pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm to touch or into 1 inch tart shells for appetizers (15 minute baking time)
