Seafood Casserole 2

1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
1 pound crab meat
1/2 pound sea Scallops
1 can condensed mushroom
1 can cream-of-shrimp soup
1 large egg yolk
1/4 lb butter or margarine
4 tbs all-purpose flour
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
5 or 6 fresh mushrooms cut up
1 small white onion
Green onions
1/4 green bell pepper
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs
Seasoning to taste

In a large saucepan, saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add flour, a little at a time, and blended together well.

Removed from heat, add egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, cream-of-shrimp soup and 1/2 of the grated cheese. Mix well.

Add seafood and seasonings. Pour into a large casserole dish and top with remainder of the grated cheese and seasoned broad crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Serve with corn-on-the-cob and French bread.
