Steak Casserole

One to 1-1/2 pound top round steak
4 med potatoes
1 large onion
5 carrots
1 bell pepper
4 tbs butter
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Place steak in a long casserole dish. Add salt and pepper. Dot steak with butter. Add Worcestershire sauce. Add potatoes (sliced in pieces), onions, carrots, sliced and chopped bell peppers. Cover casserole with heavy foil. Bake at 350F in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes until brown. Serve a salad and your meal is complete.
