Apple Crisp 1

Cobbler
5 Apples
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
8 oz Heavy Cream

*** Pare, core and slice apples. Arrange sliced apples in a well-greased casserole / baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt butter in saucepan and add brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and sprinkle over the sliced apples. Bake in 350F oven for 35 minutes or till apples are soft and top mixture is golden. While baking, whip cream. Serve warm with whipped cream on top.
