Chocolate Fudge 3

6 oz Chocolate Chip
14 oz Sweetened Milk
1/8 tsp Salt
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Chopped Walnut

*** NOTE: Make sure you use sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk. In top of a double-boiler, melt chocolate chip morsels with sweetened condensed milk. Make sure there is water in the bottom half of the double-boiler. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into a wax-paper lined 8 inch cake pan. Chill for approximately 2 hours or until set. Remove from pan and cut into bite-size pieces.

Yield: 1-3/4 lb.
