*** In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and unsweetened cocoa. Gradually stir in milk and heat over medium heat. Stir constantly and heat till mixture boils for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Pour into individual parfait glasses. Chill and serve.
Yield: 2-1/2 Cups
Similar to the vanilla pudding recipe, this can be used as a pie filling but chocolate cream filling is probably a better alternative.
