Coconut Pie 2

2 cups Milk

3/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Biscuit Mix

4 Eggs

1/4 cup Melted Margarine

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Bakers Angel Flake Coconut

*** Mix all ingredients except coconut in blender. Cover and blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into 9 inch pan and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and bake @ 350F for 50-55 minutes.
