Cream Cheese Frosting 2

8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 tbs Butter
2 tbs Vanilla
1 lb Powdered Sugar

*** Soften both cream cheese and butter. In a medium bowl, with electric mixer beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add powdered sugar and beat till light and fluffy.

Yield: 2-1/4 cups and is sufficient for a two-layer cake or six dozen cupcakes.

This recipe can be used to frost several cakes such as yellow cake recipe, etc.
