*** Make crepes using crepe batter recipe. Fold crepes into quarters. In saucepan , melt butter with sugar. Stir over heat till sugar dissolves. Add orange rind, lemon juice and orange liqueur (Grand Marnier). Heat till well blended. Add folded crepes to orange sauce. Warm crepes till thoroughly heated. Gently heat 3 tbs of orange flavored liqueur in another small saucepan. Ignite with a match and pour over crepes in other saucepan. Baste crepes with sauce till flame disappears. Serve.
