Fudge Chocolate

4-1/2 cups Sugar
1 lrg Evaporated Milk
One 8 oz pkg Miniature Marshmallows
Three 6 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Margarine
2 cups Chopped Nuts
1 tsp Vanilla

*** In a heavy, large saucepan, put four and one-half cups sugar and one large can of evaporated milk. Bring slowly to a rolling boil. Let it boil for no longer than eight minutes. Remove from the heat and add eight ounces of miniature marshmallows, three six ounce packages of chocolate chips (a total of 18 oz) and one-half cup butter or margarine. Stir until melted. Add two cups broken nut meats and one tsp vanilla. Spread on a large ungreased pan and when cool, cut into squares.
