Pecan Pie 6

4 Beaten Egg
1 cup Sugar
1-1/4 cups Corn Syrup
1-1/2 tbs Vanilla
1-1/2 tbs Melted Butter
1-1/4 cups Chopped Pecan

*** Beat eggs lightly, gradually adding sugar, melted butter, corn (karo) syrup and vanilla. Pour mixture into a ready-made pie shell. Add pecans and bake at 300F for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Yield: 8 Servings
