Pie Crust

1 cup Flour

2 tsp Lard

1 Pinch Salt

3/8 cup Cold and Chopped Butter

1 tsp Sugar

*** Mix all of the above until small beads are obtained, then add 1/3 cup cold water and mix well. Chill for 2 hours before rolling. Freezes well.

Yield: 1 Crust
