Soften gelatin in juice; stir over low heat until dissolved. Cool. Gradually add gelatin to salad dressing; stir in peel. Place cranberries in food processor container; process with steel blade, using on/off action, until finely chopped. Add salad dressing mixture and sugar; process 1 minute. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan; cover. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
