Eggstra' Jewel Kabobs

1 package wonton egg wrappers
40-80 giant marshmallows
40-80 chocolate kisses
1/2 pound pecans, chopped
Corn oil, for frying
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar (optional)

Heat corn oil. Mix egg, milk, and vanilla into a glue mixture. Place 1 or 2 marshmallows and kisses in the middle of 1 wonton wrapper. Sprinkle a few pecans on top. Wrap up and fold tightly. Glue edges together with egg mixture (similar to a diaper). Deep fry in 4 inches of oil, turning once after 4-5 minutes. Drain on a paper towel and roll in powdered sugar, if desired. Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
