Preheat oven to 325F. Cooking time: 50-60 minutes. Mix together crust ingredients; press into springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled -- approximately 20 minutes. Mix together filling ingredients and beat until fluffy. Pour into chilled crust. Bake at 325F for approximately 50-60 minutes. Test by inserting toothpick into center; fillings is done when toothpick comes out clean. When done, garnish with pecans and coconut. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Add whipped cream topping.
