Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Pour batter into greased and floured pan. (Pam spray can be used, too). Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Prepare pudding using 1-3/4 cup milk. Refrigerate until firm. Top cooled cake with pudding, strawberries, then Cool Whip. Garnish with whole strawberries. Store in refrigerator.
