Spray skillet with PAM. Cut bananas crosswise, again lengthwise. Heat in skillet on low. Sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar and honey. Heat well. Pour rum and continue to heat until it slightly thickens. Gently pick up bananas and place on saucer. Pour rum sauce on bananas and serve hot.
