Saucy Top Apple Cake

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sauce
- 1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 Cups green apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Saucy Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Packed brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour over warm
cake (1 only used half of sauce).
