Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 can Mandarin oranges
Topping:
1 large container Cool Whip
1 small box vanilla pudding, instant, dry
1 large pineapple, crushed and drained

Cook in layers or sheet pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cake mix, 4 eggs, and 1/2 a cup cooking oil. Drain about 1/2 of the liquid off mandarin oranges and add to mixture, Whip 4 minutes. Add remainder, and whip again. Pour into sheet pan or 3 small pans. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes and let cool.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients together and put on top or between layers.

Serves 12.
