Melt in large pot over very low heat: chocolate, butterscotch chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly until melted, being careful not to burn. Gradually stir in Rice Krispies until well coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm.
Instead of dropping by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, pour into buttered oblong baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
