Pumpkin Cake

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs well-beaten
2 cups canned pumpkin
Cake Icing:
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 box Confectioners Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
One 3-1/2-ounce package cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together, Set aside. In large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin. Add flour mixture and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.

Icing:
Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese together. Ice cake when cooled.

Serves 18.
