Poverty Cake

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup Cocoa

2 cups sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups water

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan with cooking spray. Do not coat with flour. Bake at 350F for at least 30 minutes. Check with cake tester to make sure it's done.
