Festive Cranberry Cake

1 Pillsbury lemon cake with pudding mix
3 large eggs, beaten
3 ounce cranberry Jell-O
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup Sprite or 7-up
Few scant drops of red coloring
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cherry juice

Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl stir together cake mix and Jell-O. Add eggs, oil and Sprite or 7-Up. Blend well. Pour batter into prepared 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Glaze:
In small bowl mix powdered sugar, mayonnaise and cherry juice Pour over cake in pan or after cake is on serving dish. Serve cool.
