Orange Yogurt Pie

1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
2 cups non-fat, plain yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup fat-free non-dairy whipped topping
1 Graham cracker pie shell
Hershey's Magic Shell chocolate ice cream topping

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small sauce pan. Let stand one minute, then stir over low heat until dissolved. In a bowl mix yogurt, orange extract and sugar. Mix until sugar is incorporated into yogurt. Stir in dissolved gelatin. Set aside 2/3 cup of yogurt mixture and mix with whipped topping. This is the top layer of pie, and it must be refrigerated separately until set, at least one hour. Pour remaining yogurt-gelatin mix into pre-made pie shell. Cover. Refrigerate until set at least one hour. After pie sets, top, with whipped topping mix.

Best if allowed to set overnight. Right before serving, top with Magic Shell.
