Banana Nut Raisin Bread

2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Dash nutmeg
Pecans and raisins as desired

Preheat oven to 400F. Gradually beat all ingredients in order given. Place in loaf pan in oven. Halfway through, turn pan; after 15 more minutes, turn again. If corners brown faster than middle, cover corners with foil. Bread is ready when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 15-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
