Thick Cheesecake

Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1-1/4 Cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 pint sour cream
2 large eggs
2 Ready Crust Pies (your choice)
1 can pie filling

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add sugar gradually; beat until smooth. Add vanilla, lemon juice, sour cream and eggs. Beat until smooth and mixed. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool. Top with pie filling and chill overnight.
