Cheese Cake 4

Two 8 ounce packages low-fat cream cheese

3/4 cup skim milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 eggs or substitute

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup low-fat baking mix

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9-inch pie pan with Pam. Cut and soften cream cheese. Blend together milk, eggs and sugar; beat at high speed for one minute. Add baking mix and cream cheese; beat at high speed for two minutes. Pour into pie plate and bake 40 minutes.

Serves 8.
