Blueberry Coffee Cake

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1-1/2cups blueberries
1 can coconut (1-1/3 cups Coconut)

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with 2 knives. Combine eggs and milk, stir into dry mixture. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter between two greased 9 inch layer cake pans. Sprinkle (coconut evenly over tops. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
